Life, AD&D, and Disability Insurances

Basic Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurances are provided to our employees at little or no cost. Supplemental Life insurance is also available for purchase at group rates for employees, spouse and children.

In-person nutritional counseling (state specific) or Weight Watchers enrollment to help support those who want to learn more about a healthy lifestyle or reach nutritional goals, at no cost for first six-months enrolled.

401(k) Retirement Savings Program

Flexible Spending Account Program (FSA)

The FSA provides an opportunity to set-aside pre-tax dollars in an account from which you are reimbursed for out-of-pocket health care expenses or dependent child-care and/or elder care expenses each year.

Vacation, Holidays & Sick Leave

Balancing work with time off for rest and relaxation is important. Eligible employees can accrue from 1 to 4-weeks of paid vacation, based on tenure. Additionally, we provide a floating holiday benefit along with company paid holidays. Sick leave is also accrued and available as it is earned.

Support for our Employees and their Families

Life can be stressful and at times it may be difficult to ask for help. To help those in need, we provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offering support services in the following areas: counseling/relationship, financial/legal, substance abuse, parenting/childcare, and many others. In addition, we have a Corporate Chaplain available to employees and their families for personal one-on-one care and support.

Educational Assistance Program

Employees can apply for assistance with qualifying educational costs when successfully completing courses for a business related certification or a degree.

Scholarships

Families with students who are graduating seniors, or enrolled in college or trade school, can apply to the company scholarship program.
