The Hilmar Unified School District has a high school, junior high and elementary school. California State University, Stanislaus is located in Turlock. Within 30 minutes is the University of California, Merced; Merced College and Modesto Junior College.

90 minutes to Amarillo and Palo Duro Canyon, a great hiking location
The Dalhart Independent School District includes Dalhart High School, Dalhart Junior High School, Allyn Finch Intermediate School, Dalhart Elementary School, and the XIT Secondary School, all focused on low student-teacher ratios and high test scores. Franks Phillip College also offers courses in Dalhart.

Vacation, Holidays & Sick Leave
Balancing work with time off for rest and relaxation is important. Eligible employees can accrue from 1 to 4-weeks of paid vacation, based on tenure. Additionally, we provide a floating holiday benefit along with company paid holidays. Sick leave is also accrued and available as it is earned.
Support for our Employees and their Families
Life can be stressful and at times it may be difficult to ask for help. To help those in need, we provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offering support services in the following areas: counseling/relationship, financial/legal, substance abuse, parenting/childcare, and many others. In addition, we have a Corporate Chaplain available to employees and their families for personal one-on-one care and support.
Educational Assistance Program
Employees can apply for assistance with qualifying educational costs when successfully completing courses for a business related certification or a degree.
Families with students who are graduating seniors, or enrolled in college or trade school, can apply to the company scholarship program.
