Free Cheese Tour
Learn how cheese is made! Explore interactive, hands-on exhibits about cows and dairies! Watch Daisy's moooovie! See employees package the "big cheese" - 640 lb. crates of cheese!
Free admission. Self-guided tours available anytime. Open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. A fun family adventure! The upstairs exhibit area may be closed Saturday or Sunday after 11:30 a.m. for private events
The Visitor Center Closes at 3:00 p.m. on Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. The Visitor Center is closed on New Years Day, Easter Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
FREE GUIDED VISITOR CENTER TOURS
Weekends: January through October at 10:00 am. and 11:00 a.m. The upstairs viewing windows and exhibits are subject to closure for special events from 11:30 a.m. through the afternoon. Guided tours during our Holiday Extravaganza November 1 - Christmas are by reservation only.
Daily: Monday, June 16, 2008 through September 1, 2008 (summer). Free Guided Tours of the Visitor Center offered Monday through Friday at 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
SUMMER FAMILY FUN ICE CREAM MAKING! Come make (and eat!) your own ice cream! Take the tour followed by the Ice Cream making activity. Join the fun as you "shake, rattle and roll" to make your own individual ice cream. Fun for all ages.
- June 16 through September 1 (except July 4)
- Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
- $3.00 per participant
- Sign up at the Starbuck Espresso counter at 10:45 a.m.
- Tour begins at 11:00 a.m. followed by ice cream making activity
