Dalhart, Texas Facility

Hilmar Cheese Company's newest facility, located in the Texas Panhandle in Dalhart, Texas, resides in the center of the United States within a growing dairy region. The state-of-the-art cheese and whey protein plant will process up to an additional 5 million pounds of milk each day.

The Hilmar Cheese Company, Dalhart, Community Open House was held September 8, 2007, with more than 3,000 local residents touring the facility.
