Valentine's Day Vintner's Dinner
Join us for an exclusive Valentine's Day evening featuring John Monnich owner of Silkwood Wines, and Doug Hayes representing the Estates Group as they pair a variety of wines to complement an elegant six course meal on Thursday, February 14, 2008. 

Focused on the love affair of great wines with great food, Hilmar Cheese Company Catering’s chef Kevin VanderBes designed the dinner to emphasize the unique personalities of each wine. The evening will feature courses inspired by Fernand Point, known as the founder of modern French cuisine and famous for his restaurant.

Reception and passed hors d'oeurvres begins at 6:30 p.m. and dinner is at 7:00 p.m.  Listen to the stories of the local vintner as he presents the wines with each course.  Please allow three hours.  It promises to be a wonderfully relaxing evening to bring your sweetheart and your favorite friends to.  Seating is at tables of 6 or 8.

Reservations are required and seating is limited.  Guests must be 21 years of age to attend.  $75 per person.  Purchase tickets on-line today!
