Friday, November 14, 2008 Taste of the Holiday's Dinner
Seatings at 5:00 p.m.to 7:00 p.m. Reservations Required, seating is limited.
Taste of the Holiday's Buffet: The evening starts with our famous Hilmar Cheese Company cheese hor d’ouevres. The dinner buffet will include: Autumn Greens salad with dried cranberries, currants, peppered walnuts, blue cheese and a blackberry fig balsamic vinaigrette; Grilled Vegetable Salad an assortment of grilled vegetables, tossed with Israeli couscous and a fresh lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil dressing; Honey Glazed Carrots baby carrots tossed in a honey dill glaze; Sautéed Green Beans with applewood bacon, shallots; Red Mashed Potatoes with cream cheese, butter, shaved garlic, and chives; Oven Roast Breast of Turkey with a home style cherry relish; Walnut Pesto Stuffed Pork Loin with walnuts and fresh made pesto; Balsamic Rosemary Glazed Salmon fresh rosemary, honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic, and a touch of balsamic vinegar with fresh rolls and butter served with hot coffee, iced tea and lemonade. Dessert includes Hilmar Cheese Company’s famous Cutie pies including traditional with assorted topping and pumpkin, mini cream cheese brownie and assorted cookies.
Reservations Required. Tickets will be mailed out until November 1. Tickets purchased after November 1 will be held at the Visitors Center will call for the evening.

7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Omelet Station with home-friend potatoes, coffee, milk and juice bar
11:00 a.m. to noon Photos with Santa and "Daisy" the Hilmar Cheese Jersey Cow (bring your camera)
11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Carved wood roasted tri-tip "French Dip" on grilled sourdough roll with horseradish, pickle and peppers served with coffee, milk and soda bar.
