Our Summer Internship Program offers you a brief introduction to employment with Hilmar Cheese Company. We provide a formal eight week valuable and practical learning experience where you will gain a broad exposure to and understanding of our business.

Week 1 – Welcome, Core Values, Culture, Expectations and Safety, Facility Overview and Orientation, Tours    
Week 2 – Expectations – Begin Projects
Week 3 – Continue Project Work, Mid Internship Mentor Luncheon
Week 4 – Project Work
Week 5 – Project Work
Week 6 – Project Work
Week 7 – Project Work
Week 8 - Finish Project Work, Presentation of project results and Farewell Lunch/BBQ
