Slow Roasted Prime Rib with fresh rosemary and garlic, Pan-Roasted Breast of Chicken with a garlic-mushroom cream sauce; Freshly mixed baby greens salad, Tuscan grilled vegetable salad, steamed vegetable medley, horseradish mashed potatoes, freshly baked rolls and butter.
