Medical
Medical coverage is available to eligible employees who complete 90-days of continuous service. Our plan is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) which does not require a referral or gatekeeper to access specialty services. Employees share a small portion of the cost of coverage through bi-weekly pre-tax payroll deductions. Our plan includes a Prescription Drug benefit offering $1-$3 co-pays for generic medications as well as a mail-order option.
Dental
Dental coverage is available without any network requirement, meaning you can visit any dental professional for care. Preventative care is offered at 100% coverage.
Vision
Vision coverage is available without any network requirement, meaning you can visit any vision professional for care. An annual eye exam is covered at no cost.
401(k) Retirement Savings Program
Eligible employees can defer pre-tax dollars into the retirement program at the completion of 90-days of service and are eligible to receive the Company Match (100% per payroll match up to 3.25%) after completing 1-year of service, as per plan guidelines.
Flexible Spending Account Program (FSA)
This benefit allows you to set-aside pre-tax dollars in an account from which you reimburse yourself for out-of-pocket health care expenses or dependent child-care and/or elder care expenses.
Life and AD&D Insurance
The Company provides Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance to its employees at no employee cost.
Long Term Disability
The Company offers Long Term Disability Insurance to its employees at no employee cost.
Short Term Disability
Employees located at the Dalhart, TX location contribute to the Short Term Disability benefit offered by the Company.
Paid Time Off
Team members enjoy paid vacation, from 3-20 days, based on tenure, as well as 6-company paid holidays and 4-floating holidays. Paid leave benefits are accrued and pro-rated in first year of employment.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
All full-time and part-time employees have access to an EAP. This benefit provides free confidential telephone and in-person counseling for the employee and their family members. Areas of support can include financial, relationship, substance abuse, parenting, childcare, and many others.
Corporate Chaplain
All employees of the Company have access to an on-site Corporate Chaplain for assistance in a variety of areas, such as emotional support, household budget review, interpersonal relationship building, to perform wedding ceremonies, grief counseling, etc. Many times the Chaplain is the first line of support before accessing the EAP.
Educational Reimbursement Program
Employees can apply for reimbursement of tuition and related costs when successfully completing courses related to the business or in the course of obtaining a degree.
